Method: For normal hair, you can use whole egg. With egg yolk helps moisturize hair, anti-alopecia, just to treat oily hair. Use the egg mixture help you to clean and moisturize the hair, keep it for 20 minutes. Then you can rinse with cold water and wash your hair as usual. If using raw egg mixture and egg yolk, it apply only 1 time per month. If using egg white  apply only 1 time per 2 weeks.

You have dandfuff and it make you feel itching scalp caused by diet, stress or due to climate and other factors. Let’s try use a mixture of lemon juice and olive oil to your hair. The acid in the lemon juice helps to get rid of dandruff on the scalp, while olive oil nourishes the scalp.

Method: Mix 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, 2 tablespoons olive oil and 2 tablespoons of water.Taking the mixture up to wet hair. Massage and let stay on 20 minutes, then rinse and wash as usual. You should apply it weekly.

For weak hair

In order to having a more healthy hair, shiny and soft. You can use with a familiar beverage that is beer. This fermented drink is a source of generous yeast, causing hair becomes thick and healthy.

Method: Mix 1/2 cup flat beer (beer was poured out and leave for a few hours to fly off the gas-carbonate) with 1 tablespoon sunflower oil or canola oil and a raw egg. Apply to wet hair and leave in for 15 minutes, then rinse with cold water. Or you can give the beer into a spray bottle and spray up your hair. When liquids evaporate, the protein will go on helping to strengthen and perfect the structure hair. This method can be applied weekly.

With dry hair or affected by sunlight

If you have dry hair, or  exposure to sunlight causes burning dry hair.So you try applying honey to your hair .This is a great natural moisturizer for hair.


Method: Massage approximately 1/2 cup of honey to make hair to be clean and moist. Let stay in for 20 minutes, then rinse with warm water. You can also add 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil to liquid honey. To recovering the hair that was suffered and damaged by sunlight, adding honey-protein ingredients like butter or egg yolk, will help supplement the necessary protein  for the hair against UV attack. Apply 1 time per month.

For curly hair

Avocados are recognized about effective beauty treatments to damaged hair by beauty experts. Avocado oil and protein is the best combination of nutrients to make hair silky soft, injury recovery.


Method: Crushing half an avocado to be puree and massage with wet hair. After 15 minutes, let’s rinse with warm water. If you want better effective, be combined with 1-2 tablespoons amoisturizing ingredients like sour cream, egg yolks or mayonnaise. Apply every two weeks.
